An eSite is the means to put your business on the Web.

Your eSite increases your sales and marketing efforts by establishing a cost-effective presence on the Internet. You select the most appropriate layout and design for your specific business from a library of professionally designed templates. There are templates for organizations offering services and selling products, as well as custom templates for specific industries, including real estate, financial planning, recruiting and travel. Each template offers custom pages such as the Home Page, About Us, Frequently Asked Questions, Contact Information, Calendar of Events, Message Board, Links Page, and much more. How does the eSite work?
Once you sign-up, your eSite is easily and automatically created. We host your site on the Internet for you, and it can be immediately available for anyone with a Web browser to visit. Initially, your eSite will contain sample graphics, links, and content to give you examples of how you can personalize it. As soon as your eSite is open, you can begin changing the text, uploading your own pictures and decorating it in any way you like.
What does my eSite service include?
Your eSite service includes Web pages you can quickly and easily personalize, integrated
communication capabilities, 10MB of storage for files, graphics and other documents, and a
wide range of collaboration tools. These tools include:
- Public and Private folders for exchanging files with anyone who has internet access
- One to one private chat rooms
- Areas to post your graphics, photos and favorite Web page links to share on the Web
How will visitors find my eSite?
In order to be found by an Internet search Engine, such as Yahoo! or InfoSeek, Web pages
use an embedded code called a META tag. META tags are part of the HTML code and contain
things such as keywords, or a short description of the Web page, that are indexed on the
search Engine.
Your eSite comes with an area to add customizable META tags in the HTML coding. You will
need to have your META tag keywords and descriptions prepared before submitting your site
to the search Engines. META tags may be created in the setup area of your site (under
Preferences). For more information on META tags and registering with Search Engines, go

How do I get customer support for my eSite?

How will I know when a customer has placed an order on my eStore or Super eStore?
Email notifications will be sent to the address you select so that you are aware of the order, and your customer will also receive an email confirming your receipt of the order.
Are statistics about my eSite's activity available?
Yes, your site includes statistics on page hits, where visitors to your site come from, and other information. You may view these by signing in to your site and clicking the 'review page hits' link on the right hand side of the Owner's Page.
What do you do about backups?
We back up all of the content of sites every night at midnight. If anything should ever happen, we are able to re-create any site from the back-up.
Is there a bandwidth limit/additional charge for usage beyond a certain amount?
No, there is no bandwidth use limit or additional charges based upon usage.
What search engines can I submit to?
Alta Vista, Excite, Google, HotBot, Infosek, LookSmart, Lycos, MSN, SNAP. Our eSite Service representatives are glad to assist you in submitting to others as well, although some search engines will charge a fee to be listed.

How do I load my own images onto my eSite?
- First, click on the 'Sign In' link on the Home page of your eSite. Enter your user name and password when prompted.
- Select 'Site Manager' from the list of options at the top of your editor.
- In the Site Manager, click 'Pictures' from the list of items under the Company heading.
- Click 'Add Picture', which appears to the right.
- Click 'Browse'.
- You may have to change the 'Files of type' extension to All Files (*.*) in order for your image to appear in the list of available files. Select the picture you'd like to add to your eSite from the area where it is stored on your computer (e.g., Desktop, C drive).

Modifying Your eSite
How do I edit my eSite?
Editing your eSite is easy. First, click on the Sign In link on the Home page of your eSite. Enter your user name and password when prompted. You may now make any edits to your eSite. Remember, when you make changes, you need to save them by clicking the Save button. When you are finished editing a specific area click Save for the changes you made to appear on your eSite. If you do not see the changes, click on your browser's Reload or Refresh button.
How do I add more disk space to my eSite?
When you move in, you will have 10 MB of disk space for your Web site. You can purchase more disk space in increments of 10MB. Each additional 10 MB of disk space costs $2.95 per month
How do I edit the HTML pages in my eSite?
You may not manually edit the HTML used to create pages for your eSite. You may customize
certain aspects of the site by enabling or disabling features and adding your own text,
graphics and links. Additionally, you may use HTML tags in most of the text areas of your
eSite. For example, you can bold text, add bullets, and use other HTML formatting. You are able to add pages of blank HTML onto your site for more advanced editing capabilities. You can add your own forms, Flash demos, or just plain text. You have the ability to be as creative as you want!
Where will my eSite reside?
Your eSite will reside on our secure server with the address ntcsites.com/account. Your account name will be used to create your eSite address on this server. For example, John Doe's eSite address would be ntcsites.com/jdoe

What does a person need to visit my eSite?
Anyone with a Web browser can visit your eSite. Visitors accessing your eSite should meet the following system requirements:

In addition, your visitors must enable JavaScript in order to properly view your eSite, and they must enable their browser cookies in order to purchase items from your eStore, if applicable. Visitors to your eSite can view your entire site, send you an e-mail message, pick up files you've left in your folders, and check out your links and pictures.
Can I control access to certain areas of my eSite?
You can password-protect folders so that only certain visitors with a log in and password (that you assign) can view and download files. These passwords are separate from your owner password. Only someone possessing your unique account name and password may change the setup of your eSite.
What do I need to manage my eSite?
You need a Web browser to manage your eSite, and your PC or MAC should meet the following system requirements:
